How to wire motorcycle lights

The wiring method of motorcycle lights mainly depends on which kind of lights you want to connect and your specific needs. Here are some common wiring methods for motorcycle lights:

Headlight wiring:
First remove the motorcycle headlight, install the xenon bulb in a suitable lamp holder card, and then install the bulb into the light box.
Connect the line, find a suitable place to fix the fixture, and connect all the plugs. The red wire is connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole of the battery.
The yellow line and blue line (it is possible that the color of different brand lines is also different) can be connected to the far and near light of the handle switch. 1
Spotlight wiring:
Spotlight wiring can be directly connected to the battery, can also choose to connect to the headlight.
If you want to control the spotlight power supply through the electric door lock, you can install a relay. The specific operation is: from the ACC (electric door lock control power line) to take power, as a secondary power supply, spotlight switch in series to this loop. The primary side of the relay is supplied directly from the battery, and the spotlight is also connected in series to this circuit. When the switch is turned on, the secondary circuit of the relay is conducted, the relay is closed, and the spotlight lights up at this time. 2
Another simple connection is to find the positive and negative poles of the motorcycle battery, connect the red wire of the spotlight to the positive pole of the battery, connect the black wire to the negative pole of the battery, and connect the white wire to the ACC wire. 3
External light switch wiring:
Find the two wires of the small lamp and connect them in parallel to the lead of the external lamp. If the external lamp is an LED lamp, you need to distinguish between the positive and negative poles, otherwise it will burn out or not light up.
